– All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
– You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
– If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping:  Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays that are beyond our control.

3. International Shipping
– Wig Revive ships worldwide. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
– Delivery times vary by country, typically taking 10-15 business days.
– Any customs, duties, or taxes required by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

5. Undeliverable Packages
– If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. No Refunds, Exchange Only
At Wig Revive, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact our customer service team at **support@wigrevive.com** within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

– Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
– The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the exchange.
