– Exchange Only: We do not accept returns for refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange:
– Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
– The product should be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of wear or use.
– Certain items like wigs, hairpieces, and hair care products may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons. Please ensure to check product-specific details before initiating an exchange.

Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team at support@wigrevive.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange request. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
– Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
– Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us for an exchange.
– We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you once the return is approved.
– Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
